1. 2 years’ experience in handling customer care at customer place/office
2. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. Must possess own transport (car) with a valid driving license D
4. Experience in servicing drinking appliances like coffee machine, water dispenser

JOB RESPONSIBILTY

1. Achieve Sales Target by developing new customers and maximizing new business opportunities
2. Prepare quotations, agreements and sales reports
3. Provide after-sales report and to be able to follow up on payment
4. Ability to communicate effectively with good negotiation skills
5. Ability to handle inquiry and to maintain high customer satisfaction
6. Achieve individual and teams sales goals
